Anomalous Right Coronary Artery from Pulmonary Artery (ARCAPA) [anomalous=abnormal, coronary=having to do with the heart, artery=blood vessel] – the right coronary artery originates from the Pulmonary Artery instead of the Aorta.  So, it delivers oxygen-poor blood to the heart muscle instead of oxygen-rich blood. This means the heart muscle is NOT getting the nutrients it needs on its right side.
